We believe in being transparent at Direct Discos and strive to make sure we make your event, as enjoyable for you and all our guests.

To make sure we all have an enjoyable and mutually beneficial relationship, we have some simple terms and conditions relating to our business dealings and DJs assigned to work under the Direct Discos umbrella.

Terms and Conditions

1.            
DIRECT DISCOS charge a non-refundable deposit on all bookings made by phone, email or in person. These deposits should be paid within 7 days of receiving the contract in order to secure the booking

2.           
Any photographs, sound clips or Video taken by Direct Disco’s can be used for promotional material (NOT FOR CHILDRENS PARTIES).

3.           
In order to ensure that there are no non appearances or let downs, all verbal agreements are confirmed by the signing of a legally binding written contract and contact numbers for either party will be fully available.

4.           
Any enquiries regarding the DJ’s services at an engagement negotiated by DIRECT DISCOS will be directed to DIRECT DISCOS. Any DJ giving out business cards at an engagement negotiated by DIRECT DISCOS will be in breach of contract and may render the DJ liable to pay damages.

5.           
All contracts are legally binding between the Client, the Artist and DIRECT DISCOS. Every effort should be made to ensure that there is no breach of contract.           

6.           
If due to death, serious illness or urgent unforeseen circumstances a DJ is unable to attend, DIRECT DISCOS will endeavour to replace the DJ with one at least of the same quality.

7.           
The client and artist agree that any future bookings arising from any DIRECT DISCOS booking will be booked through our office, this includes any third party attending the booking.

8.           
Any agreement negotiated through DIRECT DISCOS shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions unless agreed in writing by all concerned parties. In particular, any conflicting terms of business shall have no effect with respect to any such contracts. All contracts to which these conditions apply shall be construed in accordance to English law.

9.           
No employee of DIRECT DISCOS has the power to vary these terms and conditions.

10.           
All Artists working for DIRECT DISCOS are Self Employed and are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions.
